Trans Woman Spends $76K To Get ‘The Perfect Female Body’, Here’s What She Looked Like Before

Fulvia Pellegrino, a transgender woman, has invested more than $76,000 over the years, striving for what she perceives to be the perfect female body. The desire to transition genders was a secret she kept hidden for 40 years before embarking on this transformative journey.

Now 56, Fulvia has undergone a slew of exhaustive surgeries and procedures to achieve her current look. These include over 150 cheekbone and lip fillers, four breast implant surgeries, and two rounds of liposuction. Born as Fulvio, Fulvia’s transition is supported by her wife, Marisa, according to Daily Mail.

Fulvia realized her transgender identity when she was just 15. However, she suppressed this truth from her conservative, deeply religious family, including her clergyman father. She quotes, “I was living with my family who were very narrow-minded and very religious. I never manifested my will because it was impossible with my dad. He had three sons and he wanted three sons only.”

Even after meeting Marisa and tying the knot 32 years ago, Fulvia continued to harbor her secret, privately cross-dressing and visiting gay bars. Outwardly, she hid her internal struggle by presenting an exaggerated masculine image, owning luxurious cars, and purchasing firearms.

However, Fulvia couldn’t bear the secret any longer and confessed her desire to transition to Marisa 16 years ago. Marisa initially struggled to come to terms with the revelation, but the couple now views their relationship more akin to sisterhood.

The Transition: A Path Strewn with Rejection and Acceptance

Embarking on her transition journey, Fulvia sought hormone therapy and plastic surgery options. During this period, Marisa attended therapy sessions to help navigate this significant life change.

Conversely, Fulvia’s parents rejected her new identity. They even attempted to have her committed to a psychiatric institution to change her mind and barred her from attending her father’s funeral out of shame.

Nevertheless, Fulvia remained undeterred. In 2004, she began the pursuit of her “ideal” look with breast implants, a facelift, and a nose job. She subsequently underwent three more breast surgeries, extensive liposuction, copious cheek and lip fillers, and a $32,000 butt lift.

To finance these procedures, Fulvia, a former restaurant owner, sold her firearms, luxurious cars, and a house in France. She and Marisa now rely on Marisa’s income as a holistic therapist.

The Ongoing Journey: Fighting Stigma and Social Prejudice
Although Marisa supports Fulvia’s endeavor wholeheartedly, they face considerable prejudice in their hometown of Peveragno. Many residents have shunned the couple, and Fulvia claims that people label her as a prostitute and spread rumors about her. She mentions, “I am now the clown of Peveragno. They point at me, they talk about me, they start inventing stories about me that I am a prostitute.”

Despite this adversity, Fulvia is determined to continue with her plastic surgeries. She aspires to look like Allanah Starr, a well-known American transgender adult film actress. Fulvia asserts, “I won’t stop here, I want to go ahead because it’s not perfect. If I reach perfection maybe I will stop.”
