Liam Neeson has made a heartbreaking confession about his late wife Natasha Richardson.
The actor, who turns 72 today (June 7), was married to Richardson up until her tragic death in 2009.
The Parent Trap actress died aged 45 after a ski injury left her braindead. Neeson, who tied the knot with Richardson in 1994, has remained single since her death.
Last year, the Taken star appeared on late-night talk show Conan where he opened up about his late wife. The conversation began after TV host Conan O’Brien apologised for mentioning an interaction he had with Neeson shortly after Richardson’s accident.He responded: “No, it’s fine,” adding: “We still talk every day, me and Natasha. Every day.” The Hollywood duo met when they were cast in the Broadway play Anna Christie and went on to welcome two sons; Micheál and Daniel, during their marriage.
