Kevin Ford worked at Burger King for 27 years

During his 27 years at Burger King, Kevin Ford never missed a day of work, vacation, or sick leave. The internet filled the void left by his employer when his hard work was only rewarded with a small goodie bag.

Motivated by his devotion, his daughter organized a fundraiser, and over $400,000 was donated by people all over the world to help fund his retirement.

Kevin used the funds to purchase his first house and is now preparing to open a food truck that will serve both traditional Filipino and American food. As he gets ready for his next phase, he continues to work at Burger King.

Kevin’s story serves as a potent reminder that community, kindness, and consistency are still important. While people are here, let’s remember to show them respect.
