Easy Tips to Make the Best BBQ Pork Chops
1.Make the homemade BBQ sauce first
2.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees if baking and grease a baked pan with olive oil
3.For the stovetop (or grill outdoors heat the grates first) heat the pan first for 5 minutes before searing the meat.
4.Although I prefer to sear the meat first and then bake it, this step isn’t necessary we will give you several options in the recipe card below
5.For the stovetop and grill add the BBQ sauce on top and simmer for around 4 to 5 minutes after the meat is cooked.
6.Internal temperature needs to reach 145 degrees using an instant-read thermometer

•Always sear the meat to get char marks use a cast iron gridded pan
•Pork should reach 165 degrees internal temperature to ensure it is cooked (burgers to cooking preference, chicken should reach 165 degrees and steak is cooked to preference)
•Always use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the food is safely cooked at the correct internal temperature
•For a little heat in the BBQ sauce, add a few teaspoons of hot sauce
•Let the meat rest before serving around 3 minutes
•Use your favorite store-bought BBQ sauce if you don’t want to make it homemade.
