Sharon Osbourne’s new ‘silver fox’ look is dividing opinion among her fans

TV personality Sharon Osbourne shocked us all when after 18 years of rocking her fiery red head she came out with a white bob.

She admitted that she was tired of going to the salon every week to get her red locks touched up and this was a more practical color for her.

But the 67-year-old is dividing opinion on her new look with some fans calling for her return to red.

The businesswoman and author has been dyeing her hair red for 18 years and said she was ready for a change.

“I was just so fed up of going and having it dyed… and I just was like, I can’t do this anymore, I’m like, why am I trying to do something or be something that I’m not?” Sharon told “The Talk” show.

Celebrity colorist Jack Martin spent 8 hours working on the former AGT judge’s new look.

“I didn’t promise Sharon anything but I told her I will try my best, it took me a total of 8 hours from start to finish to get her to a platinum blonde so she doesn’t have to be committed to coloring her hair once a week anymore,” he said.

Jack proudly posted the TV celebrity’s new look on social media with the words: “I had great time spending my day off with this gorgeous, humble, and sweet soul.”

But some of Sharon’s fans didn’t react well to her new colored locks. “The Talk” shared a picture of Sharon on its Instagram page which attracted over 18,500 likes and a few not so likable comments.

“Not liking sharons hair! Sorry.. makes her look old,” one user wrote.

While another user wrote: “I love the talk, I love Sharon, but must be honest, I prefer you in red hair. Your sassy personality matched your red hair.”

Sharon’s husband Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne told his wife that her new color was “perfect,” according to The Mirror

Ozzy reportedly said: “The devil wears Prada!”

Let’s hope she continues to rock this stunning look which she has clearly taken to and is more comfortable with.
