Woman Jokes That She Sued Her Parents for Being Born Without Consent

Just when you think TikTok can’t surprise you anymore, enter Kass Theaz — a New Jersey content creator who took satire to a whole new level.

In a video that went viral in 2023, Kass claimed she sued her parents for giving birth to her without her consent, and even “won” $5,000 a month in what she hilariously called “involuntary life support.”

“They didn’t try to contact me before I was born to ask if I actually wanted to be here,” she deadpanned in the video. “If you’re pregnant right now, you need to hire a psychic medium to check with your future baby.”

Yes, she was joking. No, not everyone realized that.

Satire? Yes. But Not Everyone Got It

Kass, a mother of three, pokes fun at extreme “woke” logic by cranking it up to absurd levels. Her profile clearly states that her content is satire, but that didn’t stop people from reacting like it was real.

Some of the best responses in the comments:

  • “I can’t believe your parents would do that!”
  • “I was contacted at seven months, so I knew what was coming.”
  • “What if your adopted kids sue you because they didn’t choose you?”

To her credit, Kass rolled with it, even making a follow-up video saying the court awarded her $5,000/month for basic living expenses — because, in her words, “they’re responsible for my life for the rest of my life since they didn’t get my permission.”

Adopted Her Kids ‘Ethically’

Some viewers were confused when Kass said she has children of her own. She cleared that up with more tongue-in-cheek logic: “It’s different when you adopt — it’s not my fault they’re here. I’m just trying to help.”
